EARLY INTERVENTION

Pitter Patter Puppies is committed to giving puppies a head start to a successful life.

We raise puppies by the Avidog and Puppy Culture method of  Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) and Early Scent Introduction (ESI).

Puppies are whelped and raised in the home with children and gets lots of love and attention throughout their time with us.

Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) is a term for mild stresses to puppies from day 3-16. These stresses help stimulate the neurological system which improves growth and development of Puppy's immune system, cardiovascular system, and stress tolerance.

Early Scent Intoduction (ESI) is done to puppies between day 3-16. This has shown to improve their adult scenting ability. This is great for future rescue work, obedience, tracking, service, and builds confidence.

By the age of 3 weeks, Puppies eyes and ears are open. At this time, to the time they go home at 8 weeks, it is critical for puppies to be enriched in the world around them, which allows them the best start as a calm, loving, and obedient companion. Pitter Patter Puppies is committed to socializing each Puppy. Puppies are introduced with a new visual object, toy, or experience; and are individually held and loved each day by children and new people. This socialization is critical in ensuring your Puppy a head start to a successful life.
