GUARDIANSHIP PROGRAM

At Pitter Patter Puppies we believe that every dog should live in a home where they are loved and cared for with lots of attention, and we simply can't provide that for all of our Pitter Patter Parents.

A Guardian Home is a permanent home for one of our breeding males or females. Becoming a Guardian Home means that you will be receiving one of our "top notch" pick of the litter puppies as a family pet.  Rather than buying this pet, you will be putting down a $200 deposit, which will be returned once the contract has been fulfilled.

Pitter Patter Puppies will retain all breeding rights, and reserves the right to cancel the Guardianship Program at anytime, if deemed necessary. Guardian Homes will be compensated 10% of the total price of the whole litter fee once puppies have gone home, and are encouraged to schedule a visit to see their dog and her puppies at anytime.  .

All Dogs will be spayed or Neutered once contract is fulfilled, and the dog will live out their life with you as the Guardian.

Guardian Homes Must:

• Live within an hour of Utah Valley

• Be willing to teach their dog basic commands: Sit, Stay, Lay down, and Leave it. 

• Socialize their dog.

• Keep their dog inside the home, and not kept outside unattended. 

• All other dogs in the home must be spayed or nurtured.

• Provide exercise and stimulation to their dog. 

• Be willing to let the Breeder visit your home.

• Provide up-to-date Veterinary care to their dog, and provide this information to Pitter Patter Puppies. 

• Be willing to let the Breeder keep a female Dog for 9 weeks, twice a year until Contract is fulfilled. 

• Be willing to let the Breeder schedule a time to pick-up and keep a male dog for a week at a time for breeding. 

• Be willing to have great Communication with Pitter Patter Puppies about anything breeding related such as: Whelping, testing, and mating.​
